Buyer Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs cover the expense of getting your item from us to you. These costs will be included in the price breakdown at the time you place your purchase. Rates are based on the average size and weight of a shoe box. Some items that are larger and/or heavier will incur additional shipping costs.

Orders are shipped via UPS, DPEX, FedEx, DHL, S.F. Express, SpeedPost(EMS), or Air Mail, depending on the your location.

As a Buyer, you agree to pay any and all local, state, federal, or international taxes (including sales taxes) that may be due with respect to your purchase transaction.

We currently do not offer prepaid duties and taxes so please be aware that your orders could incur customs charges.

If the fees are applicable, they are not included in the transaction made and the person receiving the parcel will be billed directly by the courier in the designated country.

Sales Taxes / VAT:

We ship to most destinations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties and customers will be responsible for those charges.

We will collect sales or use tax (collectively “Sales Tax”) and Value-Added Tax (“VAT”) on purchases of taxable items from buyers located in certain jurisdictions where we have determined that we have a legal obligation to collect taxes for such purchases for some countries. In these jurisdictions, we will remit the tax collected from buyers to the appropriate taxing authority. In jurisdictions where we do not collect taxes, applicable tax laws may require sellers or buyers to collect, remit, or pay taxes to the appropriate taxing authority.

Sales Tax and VAT will apply based on a buyer’s shipping address rather than a buyer’s billing address. These taxes will apply to all purchases of taxable items for applicable jurisdictions, even for current offers that are completed at a later time.

Applicable tax rates may vary by jurisdiction. For Sales Tax purposes, some states may include shipping fees in the calculation of Sales Tax while other states may exclude shipping fees.

Australia:

We are required to collect and remit a 10% Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) on certain orders that are shipped to an address located in Australia where the total value of the order (including shipping costs) is less than or equal to AU$1,000. Goods valued less than or equal to AU$1,000 are not subject to import duties.

If an order is shipped to an address located in Australia and the total value of the order (including shipping costs) is greater than AU$1,000, VAT and duties may be collected at the Australian border.

United States:

We collect sales tax on sales of taxable items shipped to applicable states affected by the Supreme Court decision and will continue to monitor additional states that may require sales tax collection.

Sales tax will apply based on a buyer’s shipping address rather than a buyer’s billing address. Sales tax will apply to all purchases of taxable items for applicable states, even for current offers that are completed at a later time.

Processing time:

Order processing times may vary between 5-10 working days as your product will first need to be shipped from our retailer partners to our quality control centers for final inspection before being dispatched.

Please note that the processing time may be lengthened due to the customs clearance, border restrictions, and third-party logistic delays.

Additional Information:

Please note that we accept PO box address in the United States only and the processing time will take longer than usual.

We're able to make changes to the shipping address after the order was placed.

We do not provide Cash on Delivery service.

Shipping is non-refundable for all forms of delivery failure. If your order cannot be delivered, it may be discarded by the local customs or returned back to us. Surcharges will be applied and in case the shipment is returned back to KICKS CREW, we'll issue a refund accordingly to our return policy and minus all the return surcharges, tax, and duties incurred.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Simply log in to your account to view the latest status. You can also utilize the Order Status link in your order confirmation email to keep track of the order as it moves along our processes.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details so you know when to expect delivery.

You can trace your parcel by visiting the courier's online tracking system and please note that it might take up to 24-48 hours for the courier to update the shipment status after the order is picked up.
