Order Processing:
We need 3-5 working days to process your order before shipping without any delay. The arrival time will be about 10-15 days for the delivery.Sometimes the processing time may lengthened due to of the customs clearance, border restrictions and third-party logistic delays.

Tracking:
After we ship the package, customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number in it.

RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date granted that the item(s) is in its original state and with the our tags attached.
The buyer will be entitled to a partial refund once the item(s) are returned successfully. The initial delivery fee is non-refundable, and a restocking fee (15% of the total transaction payment) will be deducted from the transaction amount.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and the return address will be provided after the exchange is confirmed by our Customer Service team.

Size exchange is available under the condition that the item(s) is unused and still has our Quality Control tags attached.
